Food Donations List

Produce - Produce items such as greens, fruits, vegetables, etc are needed. You or someone you know may have good produce but are going out of town, or may be employed at a grocery store where mostly good produce is being thrown away. Many Utahns have fruit bearing trees and have plenty of extra harvest that we will also gladly take! We have a variety of uses for produce depending on the type and condition both animal and non-animal uses.

Grains & Nuts - Grains and other pantry bulk items such as quinoa, chia seed, pumpkin seed, barley, millet, oats, oat groats, flax seed, ground flax, walnuts, almonds, etc are very useful for a variety of animals that are being rehabilitated. Our preference is that these items do not have salt or other additives.

Bird Seed - Regular bird feeder seeds that are in good condition are happily accepted. We would ask that opened bags are free from mites and other food pests.

Dog/Cat Food - Consider donating any dog and cat foods to your local animal services, or humane society. The center can use high quality ferret food, and other foods targeted towards exotic animals such as Mazuri Insectivore pellet.

Formula - We will take any dog/cat milk and parrot hand feeding formulas.
