Please do not make an appointment with us unless you have already spoken to us over the phone or via text message about this case.
By making an appointment, you agree to the following:
Bring the animal in a cardboard box or another container that you no longer want
We are unable to give you back anything that you bring the animal in, or items that are in the box
Keep the box closed
Remove all food and water in with the animal before transport
Our service is free but we are only able to operate through donations. A monetary donation is not required, but is is greatly appreciated.
When you drop an animal off we will ask for your name, phone number, address and address where you found the animal. We do not use your personal information for any solicitations, it is simply a condition of our state and federal permits which allow us to work on protected species.
We have discontinued personalized animal updates at this time, and you will not receive a status update on an animal that you drop off with us. If this is important to you, we completely understand—please contact another licensed rehabber on this list. We do post animal success stories and releases on our website and social media channels.
